Church relationship
Discernment happens in community.
Participation requires church endorsement through an appropriate pastoral or church letter. The exact additional reference requirement is confirmed through the secure Mobilization process.

Practical readiness
Prepare responsibly.
Participants need appropriate travel documentation, insurance, communication readiness, health and safeguarding acknowledgements, and the ability to meet the financial responsibilities of the journey.

Languages
A multilingual cohort.
Program communication supports English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The coordination team confirms whether language ability and available interpretation are appropriate for a particular participant and field.
