Come & See
MCE-Iberoamérica · October 22–November 2, 2026
Discover where God is already at work in Europe—and explore your place in God's mission.
A guided journey of prayer, encounter, formation, and discernment alongside missionaries, ministry teams, and local churches in Europe.
Spain · Portugal · Italy · Croatia
An immersive formation experience
Listening to God. Listening to His Church. Listening to communities. Listening to your vocation.
Come & See helps churches and individuals discover God’s ongoing mission in Europe. You will worship, pray, travel, share meals, ask questions, observe, reflect, and build relationships that can continue long after you return home.
“Come with curiosity. Come with humility. Come with expectation.”
Formation begins before the plane departs
Every stage contributes to a larger process of formation—from the first conversation to the next faithful step after returning home.
Begin with curiosity, conversation, and prayerful discernment.

Prayer Days are the shared spiritual foundation of Come & See, not an optional introduction. After gathering in Huelva, participants divide into smaller groups and continue to one confirmed immersion field.

01
All participants worship, listen, share meals, meet the cohort, receive orientation, and prepare together for the field experience.
How Prayer Days function
02
Each small group travels to one confirmed field to observe local ministry, receive hospitality, ask questions, participate where invited, and reflect daily.
How field immersion functionsOne journey · one selected ministry field
After Prayer Days, small groups travel alongside a field coordinator. The posture is not expertise, but attention: receive hospitality, learn names, ask better questions, and notice where God is at work.

Vocation matters
Come & See is not about discovering one “missionary profession.” It is about discerning how your gifts, work, and vocation may participate in God’s mission—in the marketplace, home, classroom, hospital, studio, lab, or local church.

Your next step
Every participant begins with staff review. If Come & See is the right next step, the Mobilization Team will send a secure invitation to continue.
There is no public application route. Staff review the initial enquiry, create the appropriate pathway record, and send the applicant a secure portal invitation when it is time to continue.

Your journey can begin with one conversation
You do not need certainty before reaching out. Tell us a little about yourself and what has drawn you toward Come & See. A mobilization coordinator will review your enquiry and follow up personally.
This creates an enquiry, not a formal candidate record.
02Your information enters a protected staff review queue.
03A person—not an automated system—decides the appropriate next step.
