An immersive formation experience

This is notprimarily a trip.It is a wayof listening.

Listening to God. Listening to His Church. Listening to communities. Listening to your vocation.

Come & See helps churches and individuals discover God’s ongoing mission in Europe. You will worship, pray, travel, share meals, ask questions, observe, reflect, and build relationships that can continue long after you return home.

“Come with curiosity. Come with humility. Come with expectation.”

Formation begins before the plane departs

A journey in seven movements

Every stage contributes to a larger process of formation—from the first conversation to the next faithful step after returning home.

Prayer Days are the shared spiritual foundation of Come & See, not an optional introduction. After gathering in Huelva, participants divide into smaller groups and continue to one confirmed immersion field.

The whole cohort gathers first. Then smaller groups travel to one field.

Meet Europe through local relationships

After Prayer Days, small groups travel alongside a field coordinator. The posture is not expertise, but attention: receive hospitality, learn names, ask better questions, and notice where God is at work.

Formation and shared commitments

The participant booklet frames Come & See as a formation journey—not simply a travel itinerary.

Vocation matters

Every profession can serve God’s mission.

Come & See is not about discovering one “missionary profession.” It is about discerning how your gifts, work, and vocation may participate in God’s mission—in the marketplace, home, classroom, hospital, studio, lab, or local church.

  • Spiritual formation and prayerful discernment
  • Intercultural learning rooted in humility
  • A grounded view of church planting and innovation ministries
  • An initial twelve-month action plan
